Fall Forest Bathing

–
October 31, 2026

Tune into nature with our fall forest bathing!

Experience the sights and sounds of nature at our fall forest bathing, led by certified instructor Debbie Smith!

Forest bathing comes from the Japanese practice of “shinrin-yoku” (or, “absorbing the forest atmosphere,” as it translates), involves immersing one’s senses in nature to promote peace and well-being.

Whether it’s your first time or you’ve attended a forest bathing before, join us at 10 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 31!
