Here’s how you can save up to 10% on this year’s nature camp:
- Early Bird Discount: Register for Nature Camp during the month of February and get a 5% discount, automatically applied at check-out!
- Household Discount: Did you know registering multiple kiddos or multiple weeks at once can save you money, too? Take advantage of our household discount when you have five or more items in your cart at once! Here’s how it works:
- Have multiple kiddos interested in summer camp? Register them at once and save!
- For example, if you register two children for three weeks each, you’ll have six “items” in your cart (two children x three weeks) and earn a 5% discount.
- Is your child interested in multiple weeks of camp? Reserve their spot ahead of time for a discount!
- If you register for five or more weeks at once, you’ll have five “items” in your cart (five weeks) and earn a 5% discount.
- Have multiple kiddos interested in summer camp? Register them at once and save!

Nature Camps
Our authentic summer nature camp blends nature education with enriching sensory experiences, expeditions, and immersive outdoor opportunities. Your camper will learn about, explore and enjoy the natural world with their peers through unique daily programming, activities, and games set in meadows, forests, and wetlands.
Our 2026 camp runs for six weeks from July 6 through Aug. 14, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Mondays through Fridays. Learn more about our different options for campers of all ages, including our unique, one-day camps tailored to unique outdoor experiences. Spend this summer outside with us!

explorers
Explore nature using all five senses, encouraging exploratory growth through guided programs. Throughout the day, campers will record their experiences and explorations in their take home nature journal.
For campers who have completed K, 1st, or 2nd grade

Adventurers
Participate in adventures across Beaver Meadow’s diverse ecosystems. They will experience the peace of standing in an old growth forest, running through the meadow chasing insects, and searching their dip nets for creatures in pond.
For campers who have completed 3rd, 4th, or 5th grade

avian expeditioners
Take your camper’s love of birds to the next level. Receive their very own pair of Vortex Binoculars to keep and take home, and use them to get close-up looks at some of the amazing birds of Western New York.
For campers who have completed 6th, 7th, or 8th grade

wilderness expeditioners
Learn basic outdoor skills, like hiking essentials, basic first aid, navigating by compass and GPS, finding water, fire starting, shelter building, what to do if lost, how to find someone who is lost, and more!
For campers who have completed 6th, 7th, or 8th grade

one-day camps
Get to experience some of the favorite camp programs. Each one-day camp is different—from insects and outdoor adventurers, to the wonders of ponds and trees or birding.
For campers who have completed K through 5th grade

Camp Scholarships
Thanks to the incredible generosity of wonderful donors, Buffalo Audubon has a scholarship fund for our nature camp that allows us to offer spots to more students and make the outdoors more accessible.
